I had moved to another country this May, even though I really never wanted to. I was happy and sad, that I had to move to another country with my favorite airline, but also experiencing happiness inside the cabin. I am going back to my old country for a trip this October with Singapore Airlines, and I can't wait. Even though the boarding music's volumes are usually low, I take my time to listen to it deeply. This is an amazing video, and it reminds me of travel, which is something I like. But listening to the boarding music while boarding is just a heavenly feeling. Singapore Airlines is my favorite airline, and the Changi airport is just wonderful. I've always wanted to visit Singapore so badly, even though I have never had the chance to. As an aspiring pilot, and a fan of Singapore Airlines and their crew, I want to fly for you guys. Props to the musicians for making such calming music that can relieve your travel stress. I am sure I and many many other people who are listening to this in their daily lives, and I just want to say that this music puts me in TEARS and gives me memories of my old country. This music interconnects us to Singapore and the whole world, just like how they say in their safety video, "...or wherever else in the world we may take you to...". Thank you, Singapore Airlines! You are the best. We all love you ❤❤❤

Singapore Airshow, 2012. I was 9 years old at the time. I saw the SQ Boeing 747-400 that was parked at the corner of the air show, and I didn’t understand why it was there. It did surprise me that an ordinary aircraft like this was parked at an airshow and I thought i could go on it. Nope, the tours were all fully booked that day. I didn’t think much about it. I did get a bit upset and annoyed that I couldn’t go on it. Now 12 years later, I realised that it was the first domino to topple, marking the first demise of the Boeing 747, which is just an absolutely beautiful plane which deserves to still be flying. The SQ livery looks extremely stunning on the Boeing 747-400, more so than any aircraft. Now reflecting on that time that I saw the plane, I realised that I had taken too much for granted, and that I should’ve appreciated the SQ 747-400 more. It’s a genuine shame that they chose to be the first to retire the -400.

Majority of the "Singapore Girls" during the first 3 decades were really pretty but now....I saw some really overweight ones that reflects badly on the "Singapore Girl" image. Perhaps, too many Asians counterparts involved, the selections have become lenient. Maintaining the image has been overhyped.

Singapore Airlines makes me realize how a commercial airline can still tend to its economic guests in the best way possible with an affordable price range. I'm Vietnamese and apart from Vietnam Airlines which I can refer to as "decent", none of the Vietnamese domestic airliners can be compared to Singapore Airlines in terms of experience, comfort, service, ambiance, and punctuality. Heck, even the aroma of the airplanes is a stark different, very pleasing and soothing. The meals they provide are not only tasty and hot, but the whole packaging and utensils are also eco-friendly and degradable. Hand down the best airline ever and I would gladly spend my money on any flight with Singaporean Airlines.

Was it played back then in the 90s or it has been all the time? What a beautiful music how come I had never realized it. I was so deafed by the job on board. Miss those good old times. And I felt home when we landed in Singapore too as a non-Singaporean. Thankful for the memories.
